Delivery Scope
Countries: We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. Overseas territories are excluded.
Delivery to the following states of the US is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

$3.99 shipping on all other orders
Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:

Processing Time (1-4 business days,Monday to Friday.):
- Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and packaging.

Delivery Time (Approximately 6-10 Business Days):
- The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Our orders all come with tracking services. Once the goods leave our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that the order has been dispatched. The email will include a tracking number.
- Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.
- Questions: If there is no update information for the order after more than 5 working days, please email us to check the order status

Cancel The Order
We support order cancellation, but you need to submit your cancellation request within 24 hours after payment. If we have processed your order for more than 48 hours, please understand that we cannot cancel it for you.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
